Backorders

If an item is out of stock when you place your order it will automatically be placed on backorder.

You will be notified by email as to the status of your order and the estimated delivery date.

If the delivery date is unacceptable to you, please let us know so that we can do our best to rectify the situation.

If necessary, we can cancel the back order and provide a refund or if you are an account customer cancel the order so that you will not be invoiced.

Returns

You can process the returns request yourself by logging into your account, viewing the order, selecting the product to return and processing the return request.

Any goods for return must be in the original packaging and any seals must not be broken or damaged. Returns are paid by the customer unless the fault lies with EYIT. The customer must examine the goods on receipt and report any damages, incorrectly sent goods or shortfalls within seven working days. If any goods are found to be faulty when used, customers should inform EYIT as soon as possible. Goods that are accepted for return will be refunded less up to 20% restocking fee to allow for administration and reboxing, also minus any outward delivery costs. Should you be dissatisfied with our products in any way, you have 30 days in which to return the product in the original packaging as supplied. PLEASE NOTE: Returns are only accepted with an approved returns number, please call 01430 427 912 for details.

If goods are returned to sender by ParcelForce for reasons related to customers not present to take delivery or incorrect address details, an extra fee of £ 7.00 will be charged, your order will be refunded less charges, the extra £ 7.00 fee plus any outward delivery costs.

Faulty Products

If the product is faulty, please contact us first as we have a support department who can help you with any problems you may have.

If necessary, we can also arrange for a service engineer to visit your premises.
